She enters softly like the onset of evening.

The room seems to have shrunk all of a sudden.

The daylight dims gradually at the beginning.

Like that. It disappears into the silence of the moment.

The mornings seem to drag on.

It feels like a battle, to me.

It seems like the sun is taunting me—

It's so warm and bright outside; I wish it would cool down a bit.

When I attempt to talk out

Smiles are merely borrowed expressions of joy that I carry with me.

I lift them high in the air only to see them shatter.

Beneath the burden of words.

The world is brimming with hues and shades.

It feels as though I am observing it from a distance like looking through a pane of glass—

It's as if nothing is, within reach to touch.

It seems as if everything is an experience.

People chuckle softly.

It lacks warmth in their laughter.

I'm struggling to grasp the rhythm of this.

I'm having trouble finding a way to participate.

I simply stay there quietly. Listen on my own.

It feels like the tasks keep coming without an end, in sight.

It feels like tackling an obstacle with each endeavor.

Don't give up until I decide to call it quits.

Feeling overwhelmed, by everything weighing me down.

Sleep feels unfamiliar like an acquaintance who rarely visits.

My mind feels. The night seems to be more intense and vibrant, than anything, around me.

Somewhere in the quietness of solitude whispers a voice.

murmuring that this situation won't last forever

even, in the shadows and hidden nooks.

There is a sense of anticipation, for something to develop and flourish.
